I don’t like to rely solely on external motivators to get people to take action. When the desire and motivation come from within, it’s much more natural for people to want to do something…or at least accept that they know doing it will help them towards their goals (they may not really “want” to do it).
Today I want to share an exercise with you that can help you tap into that internal motivation. This exercise always inspires…and it’s actually fun and empowering.
