On their own, Yoga and Essential oils can each help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce tension and help quiet the mind. When combined, the synergistic effect is powerful, transformative.
Combining Yoga + Pranayama with high quality, therapeutic grade essential oils can bring your experience to a whole new level!
In this workshop, essential oils will be diffused, used topically and you can try them infused in drinking water (optional).
- Welcome & introduction to the oils used in workshop
- Centering & pranayama (breathwork)
- Vinyasa flow
- Floor work and Yin poses
- Brief seated meditation with option for journaling
Cost is $30 and includes live streaming workshop via Zoom and a set of 6 mini vials with essential oils (mailed to you). Class includes a brief overview of essential oil use for background and safety.
This class will be offered monthly and will feature a different theme and a different set of essential oils each time.
All experience levels welcome; bring a glass or stainless-steel water container; dress comfortably. Feel free to bring a journal if you'd like to take notes on the oil/pose pairings or even how you're feeling at the end of this retreat.
