My name is Vicky Cleary.
I am a Leadership Capacity Coach and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with nearly two decades of leadership. I help Senior Managers get promoted to Director, and lead well once they're there, by increasing their capacity to lead under pressure.
I built this work because I needed it first. I lived the reactive cycle, the waves I kept waiting to pass, the version of myself I didn't recognize. I found my way out through nervous system regulation, healthy habits, mindset work, and strategic systems that made me more effective without requiring more of me.
