Move through life with more ease...Take this 2 1/2 hour workshop to learn how to improve flexibility through yoga postures and self-myofascial-release techniques.
I will supply info sheets and tennis balls for you to keep as you continue to explore this practice on your own.
Please bring your own blankets and pillow cases for studio bolsters.

Tone your nervous system
In this session we’ll warm up with Sun Salutations and then alternate between self-myofascial-release techniques and longer-hold yoga poses. We’ll also discover how nutrition plays an integral role in your flexibility and how certain foods inhibit it.
You can then take this practice home with you to work into your personal routine. You'll also receive a 2-week flexibility-friendly meal plan to try at home.
Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event. Afterwards, tickets are not refundable but they can be transferred to other students. Feel free to contact us to see if someone on the wait list can use the ticket.
