Every woman has her own needs and not every woman needs full-on support. My Breakthrough Package allows you the chance to get 1:1 coaching support to get started. Then you have space to do the work and make your change happen (with a little support on the side when needed).
Goals assessment to get clear on what your priorities are and where your focus should be.
3-hour coaching session diving in to all things nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management to find the right mix to give your more energy, focus and productivity.
Action plan, packed with resources, sent to you after the session.
On-demand support via email or voice message for 4 weeks for any questions you may have.

The Maintenance Package
When you're doing the work, but still need a little guidance and accountability.
After you've completed my initial program, you may decide that you need continued support to keep you moving in the right direction for your goals. My Maintenance Package allows you the freedom to focus on new areas or continue practicing what you've already learned, while still having a line to your coach.
The Maintenance Package is a recurring monthly program that includes one 90-minute session to discuss where you need support, with a plan of action and resources delivered to you following each session, and support throughout the month.

Find movement that works best for your body and improve your relationship with exercise.
