I am a certified project manager, health coach, yoga teacher and breath coach who helps professional and entrepreneurial women self-optimize to better manage stress, eliminate brain fog and reduce inflammation while rediscovering energy, focus and productivity so they can fully show up in their business or career…and in their lives. 

I am both a career woman and entrepreneur...I understand how our habits (healthy and unhealthy) can affect your mind and body. I love what I do by day...leading project teams to better communicate, organize and accomplish their project goals as effectively and efficiently as possible. But I also see how not showing up as our best self can affect your work, and your life.
