Seasonal Transition Yoga: Summer Solstice

About the Event
This 2-hour class will integrate 3 styles of Yoga (Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative) as we prepare our bodies and minds for the change of season.
Each season we'll flow through a unique Vinyasa practice to build the fire at our core. Then we'll bring balance and get grounded with Yin poses. And continue to explore grounding and letting go with Restorative poses that can be used throughout the season. We'll end with an opportunity to set an intention for the new season.
We might even explore one or two essential oils to help with the transition.
Emerge refreshed and ready for the new season ahead.
Cost is $20.
