Partner Yoga: Exploring Connection (1)

 Partner Yoga is perfect for those looking to explore deeper connection in their relationship through the practice of yoga.   

Join us as we explore Yoga asanas with your partner’s body weight, support and breath. We will take time after the Yoga practice to explore Reflexology and practice on our partners with the help of Amy Waliczek, CMT from Massage at Yoga Central. 

Everyone gets their own Sage + Lavender Oil Roller Bottle to help further the Reflexology experience.  

Wine and light snacks will be available as we’re practicing the massage techniques.   

$50 Registration is for 2 people. You will need to bring your own partner - whether that be a significant other or a friend you are comfortable having physical contact with. RSVP by Thur 11/7. 

Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event. Afterwards, tickets are not refundable but they can be transferred to other students. Feel free to contact us to see if someone on the wait list can use the ticket.
