When does the program start?
The program starts on Monday, January 23 with our introductory group coaching call.
What days/times are the GROUP coaching calls?
Starting January 23, we’ll meet virtually every other Monday, 7:00-8:00pm Central Time. You can catch the replays anytime in the group if you can’t join you live.
What days/times are the INDIVIDUAL coaching calls?
These calls will be scheduled per individual on alternating weeks, starting the week of January 30. Scheduling will be reviewed with each member.
Why should a I buy, and use wearable technology?
In order to improve our healthy lifestyle, we look at certain key performance indicators around sleep, stress management, nutrition and movement. Wearables are the best way to collect solid data around these indicators so we can identify your baseline, what’s working and what’s not, and make adjustments along the way.
