My name is Vicky Cleary and I'm a Healthy Lifestyle Coach, finishing up my training with Precision Nutrition. I work with people to bridge the gap between physical and mental fitness so they can become the healthiest version of themselves. I use tools such as yoga, fitness, coaching, clean eating and essential oils to help others achieve their healthy lifestyle goals.
I created this Spring Detox + Clean Eating Kickstart program because I have struggled with sugar and consistently eating foods that I know are good for me. It can be hard to figure out what food we should be eating and what we should avoid. Processed foods are designed to make us crave their manufactured flavors so we want more and more. It creates an addiction pattern that I tried to break time and time again. This unhealthy eating had me feeling tired, stressed and bloated.
